Sunday, November 11
Registration 10AM-1PM
NORTHEAST SPOKES COUNCIL MEETING
We'll meet together using a spokes council model to try and
figure out how to work together, coordinate events, etc.

In the interests of time and equal representation, each school may only
have 5 delegates to the spokes council. We want as many people as
possible to come to the conference! It's just that for practicality's
sake, not everyone can be allowed to speak and vote.

In order to shape the structure of the event, please send an email to
november11thconvention@yahoo.com. We want your input so we can make
this conference as representative as possible! If you know good
facilitators, please, let us know.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

RSVP by sending an email to NEstudents_againstwar@yahoo.com and
telling us what school you're from and how many people are
coming and how many of you will need a place to stay. By the way,
even though this is a "Campus" conference, high school students
are absolutely welcome and encouraged to attend.

First and foremost:
Publicize this on your campus not only to get people to come
but to let people know that we exist. Write something in your
college newspaper, announce it on local radio...
Print up the poster that's attached to this email and post it
   everywhere.

Email NEstudents_againstwar@yahoo.com to tell us:
If you can spread the word on your campus.
If you can spread the word to nearby schools.
  If you have fundraising ideas.
  If you have any questions...

WORKSHOPS
Email tataekta@aol.com, if you can host a workshop. Please,
write "Conference workshop" in the subject heading.

SPOKES COUNCIL
Email November11thconvention@yahoo.com to give input on
   the spokes council meeting.

CAN YOU HOUSE PEOPLE?
If you're nearby and can house people, send an email to
frog_gidget@hotmail.com. In the subject heading write
"Conference housing" and write your name, where you live
and how many people you can fit comfortably and at the
   very most...

Signed,
The Boston Campus Anti-War Coalition Conference Planning Committee
