Hey folks,

I hope that anyone in the Boston area can make it to the rally; it should
be great, and it really could put us over the top.

thanks,
ben

Subject: [HarvardPSLM] HARVARD AND SWEATSHOP WORKERS Thursday + JUSTICE for
    JANITORS Friday * 4:00PM * Sci Ctr

hey,

This is a HUGE week for PSLM, and more, importantly, for workers here on
campus and in factories across the globe.

* Our anti-sweatshop campaign has its most important event of the
semester, hosting the workers who this year successfully organized the
ONLY independent union in ANY sweatshop in Mexico. We hope you'll be there
to hear their story about positive solutions to the sweatshop quandary:
                  THURSDAY ~ 7:30pm ~ EMERSON 105

* Janitors on campus are organizing for their first rally in DECADES
this Friday at 4pm, and they've asked us to help them by turning out as
many supportive students as possible. This rally is more important than
any single rally during the sit-in: we've got to get hundreds of people
out to let President Summers and the rest of the administration know that
we still care about all the poverty-wage workers on campus.
                      FRIDAY * 4pm * SCI CTR

PLEASE, come to these events, and forward this e-mail to your friends. We
are closer to victory than ever before on both fronts, and with any luck,
all we need is this final push.

thanks very much,
ben
