This is great news, however, it does not mean that the entire state is about
to join the WRC. If the bill passes, It does however offer he potential for
schools to join the WRC...by changing a state finance law that does not allow
labor conditions to be considered when schools or public institutions make
purchases. Each individual school still needs to join the WRC on their own.
