WHEN: Thursday, May 9, 2002, starting at 2:30pm

WHERE: Towson University: Starts in the middle of the campus on the beach with a rally then a march to the Administration building

ACTION: Rally and March to show support for obtaining a living wage at Towson University; bring drums and other instruments and your voices!! Some posters, signs, and noisemakers will be provided.

We as members of SWAT hope to have the largest rally and march ever on our campus in support of having a living wage here at Towson University. We need YOUR help! We ask all those in support from the Towson University Community, Surrounding Maryland and Washington, DC Universities and Colleges, Workers, All supporters from all surrounding communities/towns/cities, Other organizations in support of Living Wage, Labor Organizers/Unions, etc to please join us with your support and solidarity. We have obtained over 1100 signatures in support of our campaign and pressured administration continually to no prevail, this is unacceptable and we need to tell them just how much so, BUT we need your help to put on the pressure! Lets tell them we demand a LIVING WAGE NOW @ Towson!
