these just in.....
Purdue University: They had a committee vote on whether or not to drop the
contract. The results were: 4 in favor, 2 opposed, and 2 not voting. So
the administration said they weren't going to drop the contract because they
didn't have a majority (?!?) Hmmmm. Hoping to spend the summer doing a
little restructuring of leadership and come up with some new plans for the
fall.
Michigan State University: Administration sent a letter to New Era
expressing their concern about the strike, nothing too biting, but it was
something. Also going to spend the summer re-organizing the group to be
strong in the fall.
