Hello:We're accepting applications until July 15 for our Fall 2002 New York Union Semester program. As you may know, New York Union Semester is a unique opportunity to study at Queens College while interning with a labor union or union-affiliated organization in New York City. Participants take courses in labor studies, earn 12-16 college credits, receive a $210 weekly stipend and a $1700 tuition scholarship which covers the full cost of tuition for New York residents, and half the cost for out-of-state students. If you have any questions about New York Union Semester, do not hesitate to give me a call. I'll be glad to speak with you about the program, the internship opportunities, the courses, and life in New York City. Hope to see you in New York this fall!
