Hey Ya'll...
here is the Airline Information for those of you
interested in attending the National USAS COnference
by plane.
There are two airlines to contract through: ATA or US
Airways. For some of you it may be cheaper to go with
ATA than with US Airways...especially people coing
from the west coast. It may not.
Here is the way it works for ATA travel:
There is a flat 10% discount on any published fare.
This discount can be used as a group or individually.
It can also be used one way. So say for instance that
you are flying into Boston from Albuquerque but are
flying home to Chicago. It might be good to use ATA
since they can book both legs of the trip at 10% off.
US Airways is offering zone rates (Jesse can you
follow up on this?) and a 7% discount on ROUNDTRIP
travel to the conference.
Either way, make sure to check with both airlines to
see what works best for you. For roundtrip stuff, it
might be best to go through US Airways. Im assuming
that US Airways wil honor discounting off of the web
fares as well, so people ought to look at the web
fares too.
