Be a part of the fastest growing progressive student organization in the country! The second annual Campus Greens Convention will be held August 8-11 at the University of Kansas, Lawrence. Students, educators and concerned citizens from all over the nation are coming together to organize and build a movement for radical democracy and social justice. We invite you to join us for what promises to be an important and inspirational weekend.

The convention will consist of a main plenary meeting, educational workshops, panel discussions, massive Super Rally and lots more!

The many skills and issues workshops that the convention will feature include sessions on electoral organizing, media strategies, fundraising, peace/anti-war organizing, sustainable agriculture, corporatization of education, the global justice movement, Greens and Labor, challenging oppression, art and activism and much more. The Campus Greens 2002 Super Rally will be held on the evening of Friday, August 9. This year's rally is themed "Justice Across Generations" and will bring together experienced leaders of important social justice movements with those who are carrying their work into a new generation. Confirmed speakers for this year's rally include:

WHAT IS CAMPUS GREENS?

Campus Greens is a national student-based, non-profit organization
dedicated to building a broad-based movement for radical democracy on
America's high school and college campuses. We work in solidarity with the

WHERE IS LAWRENCE, KANSAS?

Lawrence is located on the Kaw (Kansas) River, about 40 miles west of
Kansas City, near the geographical center of the country. Two universities
are located within the city - the University of Kansas and Haskell Indian
Nations University. The Campus Greens Convention will take place on the
University of Kansas campus, within easy walking distance of Lawrence's
