attached mail follows:

In an unanticipated move, the Conference committee got together and
attempted to cut a deal last night on Fast Track. We still don't know
what is in it but we do know that the Chapter 11 fix is not in, that the
TAA provisions are inadequate and that no money is appropriated for TAA
anyway.

The House could bring this to the floor for a vote tomorrow Friday July
26!
It is URGENT that we generate as many calls today as possible (flyers
have been faxed and emailed) to members of the House. (Good we were
planning today as our call in day anyway!!)

If the House votes tomorrow, the Senate will vote next week. And we
know our best chance of defeating Fast Track is in the House.

If the House does not vote tomorrow, all of our planned Recess
activities should still be in full force. We will get a legislative
update to you as soon as we can - but likely it will be late tonight or
early tomorrow morning.

In the meantime, let's hit the phones!!!!! with this message:

Fast Track is not necessary to negotiate trade deals
Fast Track will not help the economy - we need to rein in greedy
corporations, not Fast Track!
