dear USAS,
this weekend, the USAS coordinating committee and regional organizers decided to hold a **NATIONAL CONFERENCE** this coming January or early February!!!!!!!
Due to the last minute problems that caused us to cancel our last conference in August, we were only able to hold a smaller affiliates gathering. So, we're not waiting till next summer... we're going to use this chance to gather ourselves and start off the spring together!
So, does your school want to host this conference? Exciting benefits include: all of USAS comes to your school and checks out what you are up to! plus you get to let your school know that you are part of an organization with over 120 campus affiliates and lots of fabulous activists!

-when your school starts up again in january
-what are the facilities like at your school: conference rooms, housing options, costs of space and housing, food costs, etc... the more concrete info. you can gather up, the better!
-a bit about your campus group, and how many people you think will be excited to work on the conference
The CC and ROs were particularly excited about California and the Southwest as potential conference locations, so if you're out there, please let us know.
